RATES & CONDITIONS
Holidays: $3,500 US Dollars per week
Regular Dates: $2,500 US Dollars per week.

Rental rates are for the entire Villa, not per room. Prices include taxes. A refundable security deposit of $2,000 is also required.
Villa Serena has a firm non-smoking policy; smoking is only allowed in the external public areas.

The Villa can provide optional staff such as a cook, baby sitter or a driver at additional cost. We will be glad to assist guests with car reservations and any other help needed. Daily maid service is available at an additional cost. Otherwise, this service is provided twice a week.
The Villa staff can buy food and drinks before arrival upon receiving a request list from guests ahead of time. There is no extra charge for this service.
A minimum stay of one week is usually requested, although exceptions can be made.
A deposit of 50% should me made at the time of the reservation.  The remaining balance should be paid 60 days prior to arrival. 

Refund Policy
A 10% fee is deducted for cancellations made 60 days in advance. Cancellations made within less than 60 days from the arrival date will pay a 25% fee. 

Payment
Payment should be made by electronic bank wire.  Credit cards are not accepted at this time.
